We carry a large variety of native wildflowers and grasses. They are available in 4 inch pots, as live one or two year old established plants ready to transplant directly into your garden. We start all of our  plants at our greenhouse in Ledgeview Wisconsin using seed from sources in the Upper Midwest or collected from our own prairie.
We are committed to the preservation of native species and their use in a homeowner's landscape design. These plants are disease and drought resistant, requiring no fertilizer or pesticides making them the ideal choice for the gardener interested in protecting the environment. They are suitable for use in any perennial garden.
You can see a list of our plants with specific information such as height, color, bloom time, soil, moisture and light requirements to help you make your selections. Check out the Online Catalog for complete descriptions and pictures of each variety.  You can also look at plant lists for specific needs such as attracting butterflies, or birds, shade conditions or rain gardens. We even have a list of plants that deer may avoid
